Overview

Ogham, the secret script of the druids of the Tuatha De Danann was created by Ogma about 4000 years ago. It was stolen and abused by the church from about 500 CE. They lost its use and it was only after a second wave of church invasion in the 1200's CE that they began to create manuscripts that included Ogham. Here they show that they were making it up, the details of their many contradictions are exposed within this book. In the late 1600's Ogham was rediscovered and again in the late 1700's Morganwg and Davies suggested that there must have been an Ogham Tree Calendar. Robert Graves d.1985 discovered all this and created his very own fantasy Ogham tree calendar and tree zodiac. The new age bandits of the mid 1900's got hold of Graves's Ogham and gave it another twist. Now it is almost impossible to tell the story of the abuse that our ancient script has endured without receiving the wrath of its many (tricked) users. The history of the fake Ogham is exposed in the first 40 pages. Then OgamNua is introduced as an 'OgamNua to English' script for modern use to reclaim our linear script tradition and by using it in this book, the author offers guidance, teachings and inspiritation to seekers of the Celtic Path through OgamNua essays and TriadNua, new triads.
But to gain the wisdom shared each reader has to translate the OgamNua into English and then consider the message that the translation has revealed. Almost 400 pages of OgamNua for the seeker to transcribe and transliterate to access the wisdom shared and in the process of this 'work' you will also be able to read and write in OgamNua. Enjoy!
