I just purchased this book and I find it contains a lot of techniques that seem quite useful. I am on vacation currently and will not be testing out the techniques until next week so I can't say how easy they are to implement and use but will check back and report.
What I particularly liked about this was the straightforward how-to information given. I think almost every weight loss book I have ever read (and believe you me that is a lot) has been filled with anecdotes and I suspect imaginary characters that the author uses to pad out the pages. The other thing every other weight loss book starts out with is how different their book is from every other book and weirdly enough this book, which is different, does not mention this. - by Mariposa, US
This book is very well organized. I was not too familiar with NLP techniques but I understand this is an amazing thing to do for weight loss. At the start it breaks down what NLP is and how I can use it for weight loss. I really felt that the author was speaking to me. This book has already helped me kind of reprogram my mind and I look forward to reaching my weight loss goals. I have tried everything to try and lose weight and this book is the only thing where I have seen myself take action and start to shed fat! Just brilliant can't recommend it enough! - by Peter, UK
