I was desperate for a place to stay, and failed to do a background check on the non-profit housing I chose. I started to notice sex traffickers following me on the property driving cars with blacked out windows. I later learned that a man in my building told them about me. A vulnerable woman in our building said in front of witnesses that men were coming into her room sexually assaulting her. Why didn't the non-profit agency warn women that they house registered sex offenders? Not doing this puts women in grave danger. Now I am frantically trying to get out of there. Thank you for supporting this cause. I did a check on the Utah Registered Sex Offender Registry and learned that most of the men in our building have been convicted of Utah criminal code 76-5-403.1 Child Sodomy, and I feel sick to my stomach. I absolutely feel like vomiting. Thanks for supporting this cause, and I need to relocate like yesterday.
