Neisha Salas-Berry is a former registered nurse who spent 16 years in healthcare before changing careers and becoming a full-time content creator and podcast host. On her channels, she gives her followers a front-row seat to her adventures on her backwoods homestead in rural Tennessee, where she lives with her husband, renowned physician Ken Berry, and their young children, along with their dogs, chickens, and sheep. She shares stories about motherhood and wellness, with lots of meal inspiration, gardening tips, family fun, and more.
