Elysian Place is a photo book showing and describing the meticulous renovation of a fine old Second Empire Victorian home in Cincinnati. This was lovingly done over a period of decades, as the blended family lived and grew together, facing the challenges of building a family while renovating a home.

The author is also the renovator. While featuring the renovation of the long-abandoned house, Elysian Place A Family Renovation includes photos and thoughts concerning his other endeavors, including carving and restoration of old woodie station wagons. He is now retired from operating an architectural woodworking business for over forty years.
