Meet Jake Beaverstock, the newest member of the Cook Real Mexican team, Jake is an accomplished and well traveled mixologist with a passion for sourcing local ingredients and creating new drinks to highlight them.
Jake is currently living in San Pancho on the Riviera Nayarit near Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco which is close to the birthplace and only legitimate source of government denominated Tequila. He has added some new and exciting dimensions to a collection of recipes for enjoying these iconic liquors that are far outside the lick of salt and squeeze of lime you may know as drinking Tequila or Mezcal.w
He has traveled to Oaxaca and worked the same magic for what is becoming well known as the underrated cousin of Tequila.
