Cameron Weaver is just a normal high school kid living in Henderson, NV, in the shadows of Las Vegas and all of its opulence and glitz, until his math teacher seats him beside Kyla Hudson. Kyla is one of the hottest and brightest girls at Foothill High School. Cam and Kyla become friends and a little more. Kyla invites Cam to meet he father, Kyle Hudson, one of the most powerful Black realtors in Henderson, and only a few days after the family dinner Kyla is violently taken while with Cameron. Mister Hudson makes an unexpected request to Cam to help retrieve his daughter from the kidnappers.
