I, Danyel Depth developed Journals I-IV in hopes of helping others create a sense of purpose rather than wither away like the dust due to that lack. I know that getting through life is tough and challenging. I have had many occasions where I wanted to give up in every sense of the phrase, but my legacy would be determined by that action alone, giving up. Being diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder several years ago I felt like I was abnormal and unable to fit into society appropriately and handling my behaviors was a must. I began journaling as a form of timelining my behaviors and triggers and ended up writing my story each time I journaled. This led me to writing books through the process of journaling and it has helped me keep my mind in a good place by challenging and reorganizing my thoughts. I saw my patterns through journaling, and this began the journey to freedom from mind slavery and later created healthier relationships with friends, family, coworkers, and business opportunities. The four stages of journaling changed my life and I believe it will change the lives of others also.
