Larry Cole has been an airline pilot for thirty-eight years, and has logged over twenty-four thousand flying hours. He has a degree from the University of Michigan in psychology and has worked in a mental health facility between flying jobs. He has coached baseball from Little League to adult men's teams and all age groups in between. He is a licensed builder and real estate appraiser and has owned and operated several successful companies in various fields of construction.

He has also invented educational games for children. One is a competitive card game that teaches georgraphy in a way that makes a rather dull subject lots of fun. The other game teaches goal setting in a very unique way. Both games have been sold in large numbers.
