In author/illustrator Alice Horn’s picture book Penguin’s Party Problems, the fun begins when Papa Penguin organizes Baby’s birthday party. It’s that time of year again, and Papa Penguin is trying to plan a party for Baby Penguin. He heads to the supermarket to get some fish—everyone loves fish!
