About the Author:
Walt Kallestad has been Senior Pastor of Community Church of Joy in Glendale, Arizona, for over twenty years. Under his leadership the church has grown from a small, traditional congregation to a nationally recognized church community of 10,000 Christians. A graduate of Luther Seminary, Kallestad holds a doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary. A popular speaker, he has also published extensively, including Total Quality Ministry (Augsburg, 1994); The Everyday Anytime Guide to Christian Leadership (Augsburg, 1994); and The Everyday Anytime Guide to Prayer (Augsburg, 1995).
