Overview

Our goal is to set up a stress free, systematic set of 10-Minute Decluttering "blocks" of time that can be done each day to maintain your home. Be encouraged that it will take you a bit to get your household under control. We are not going to do marathon cleaning days. If you can even find the time, those only leave you exhausted and set you up for failure to maintain it all. Our homes are not meant to be squeaky clean 24/7, but they are meant to be managed.
This system will help you keep it under control while minimizing the pressure to feel like it all has to be done at once.
My first suggestion is to have a timer. It can be anything with a buzzer (egg timer, cell phone, etc.). I want you to be able to set it for 10 minutes and go, not looking back until you hear the buzzer.
Are you ready? Do you have your timer? Let's get started...

About the Author

These days, everyone is looking for ways to simplify their home. Most go out searching for fancy organizers, complicated cleaning schedules or get lost in the sea of the Internet with too many good ideas that never get utilized.
What makes this book different?
I'm going to show you how to use a 10-Minute Declutter in every aspect of your home. The idea behind a 10-Minute Declutter is that in those small spurts of time you can bust through the daily tasks quickly and intensely. 10 minutes is much more time than we would naturally assume. Try sitting in a quiet room for 10 minutes. It will easily feel like an hour.
