About the Author

I have always been a storyteller going back to my days as a camper. I loved hearing and telling ghost stories, and measured my success by the number of girls who were crying at the end.

When my own children were young, bedtime stories were anticipated, creative and interactive. The older they became the more intricate and sophisticated the tale became. In fact together we wove entire worlds, characters and plot lines that we continued to expand on for weeks and sometimes months. Sometimes, we'd move on simply to begin anew.

But then life happened and my children grew up. In story terms, we ran out of time. Yet there was still one story stuck in my head. I decided to write it down for them to always have as a reminder of our journeys. So I wrote, and wrote, and wrote. By the time I reached “The End”, I had three very full books and named the series, The Djinn Master’s Legacy.

Little did I know that it was anything but The End….
