About the Author

For more than three and one half decades the Dr's Lawrence have dedicated their practice to helping their patients get well without the use of expensive medications and surgeries when at all possible. Dr. Allen Lawrence is a Medical Doctor with a Masters degree in Human Nutrition and a Ph.D. degree in Psychology. He is a holistic Obstetrician/Gynecologist who prides himself in the fact that his patients have very few surgeries and he has had some of the healthiest mothers and babies in his practice.

Dr. Lisa Lawrence has not only known what it is like to suffer with PMS but also took a career change when she and her husband, Dr. Allen Lawrence, created a specific program to conquer PMS. Dr. Lisa holds a Masters degree in Human Nutrition and a Ph.D. degree in Human Ecology.

It was because of Dr. Lisa's experience with suffering from the monthly symptoms of PMS that this series was created. The Lawrence's felt that they wanted to share the process that they used, to help Dr. Lisa re-balance her body naturally and remain symptom free for good. This was originally only available to their patients. Now in this two book series the Lawrence's can share their knowledge and expertise with everyone who is interested in a natural and easy to follow method to help to conquer the monthly symptoms of PMS.

This book contains the recipes used by Dr. Lisa and some that patients gave her as well.
