About the Author

Dr. James R. Cooper is Emeritus Professor of Legal Studies & Real Estate. Cooper is a man of varied experiences. He was president of an AM-FM radio station, a member of the faculty of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; also the Universities of Wisconsin-Illinois, Georgia State and others. He is a retired member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. He has written five books. While in the U.S. army, he served in Italy and later was the in the 82nd Airborne. He is listed in the Who's Who in teh World and Who's Who in America. Cooper has four children and grandchildren.
