Some notes for writing utensils:
- "Twistable' crayons do not work well with this paper, tested with 'Crayola' products
- Crayons work fine, tested with 'Crayola' products
- Markers also work well, but they do 'bleed' unto the back side of the paper, tested with 'Sharpie' fine point markers
- No problem with pens and pencils
This is a larger, much larger, version of my 'A Canvas For Your Crayons' coloring books.
It measures 8.5 x 11 (with spine at the top for a TOP-BOUND book).
The thickness is 8mm or 5/16". It is not a thin book. There are 104 pages printed on 70lb paper.
Edition 2: Sample Images of the printed designs are shown on the cover.
There are about 4 pages of each design to allow for multiple coloring choices.
These designs include necklaces, bracelets, and earrings and were hand-drawn by Gwen.
There are also images resembling stained glass, as shown at the bottom section of the image array.
Most of these images have also been printed on 4 pages.
The book was designed for one child to color one side of the book and turn it over and color it again . . . OR . . .
color the designs while sitting opposite each other.
The 'stained glass' images are a simple versions of Gwen's artwork.
A similar book containing tools, trucks, vehicles etc is in the works.
A great way to keep kids occupied.
