Overview

Welcome to the Black Museum. A page-turning urban fantasy thriller series, unlike anything you've read before.

This is for you if you like American Gods, Stranger Things, The Rivers of London series, The Kings Watch, and the Dresden Files.

Fourth Seal and Lamb of Mayfair are the Landlords from Hell.

They invest in bricks and mortar to crush bones and fill mortuaries, and they prefer the rent to be paid in blood and misery.

It is only when Florence Snoutsville, a reporter for the Underworld's most-read daily, The Newgate Calendar, investigates the disappearance of a family of Fae that the true extent of Fourth Seal and Lamb's evil plan is discovered.

D.C.I, Judas Iscariot of Scotland Yard's secret occult magic division, The Black Museum, is called in to stop them.

Cursed with immortality by an angry and vengeful God, it's his job to protect London's Fae and the legion of fantastic and unusual creatures that make the Underworld beneath the Underground their home.

But Judas has more than enough of his own demons to face.

There are traitors in his midst; he's surrounded by enemies, old and new, duplicitous witches with dubious intent, shadowy angels with secret agendas, and rumours of fiery metal beasts running the rails deep below the surface.

He's more alone than ever before.

So, will this be the End of Days for Judas, or can he finally earn his way into Heaven?

About the Author

Martin's career has been a tapestry of diverse experiences. He was the youngest recruit to conquer the rigorous selection course for the Royal Marines, joining their ranks at the tender age of 16. His thirst for knowledge led him to the hallowed halls of Central Saint Martins School of Art in Covent Garden, London, where he honed his artistic skills. He later ventured into the world of advertising, serving as a copywriter and creative director at some of London's most renowned agencies. His journey also took him to the vibrant cities of Amsterdam and Barcelona.
He has driven a speedboat on the Costa Del Crime, peeled onions for pasties in Devon, erected scaffolding all over London, and now writes full-time.
He lives in Kent with his wife, two children, and their English Bulldog, Boba, named after the deadliest bounty hunter from a galaxy far far away.
