About the Author

Jessica Harstad was born in Grand Junction, Colorado, and has spent most of her life in the southwest corner of the state. However, she lived in Ninilchik, Alaska, for a period of time in 2007 and loves to write about the area. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband and their beloved terrier, Toby.
