He has received accolades from two post-acute care organizations for his work and innovations. Sean has received recognition from healthcare providers, such as Affinity, Anthem BlueCross, El Camino Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Stanford Health Care, for developing systems that have produced positive outcomes for their patients. He has provided training to several case managers, and it was his distinct honor to share his education and insight with physicians in the fellowship program at Stanford University Medicine.
