About the Author

Ronald Rawlings was born on December 10, 1952, to Walter and Gertrude Whitley Rawlings. Ronald is a veteran of Military Police, retired District First Sergeant with the North Carolina Highway Patrol, Police Chief for Fremont, N.C., and has served five years as a Subject Matter Expert for the Department of Defense in Afghanistan.
Ronald studied from the Johnston County school system and received his Associate Degree in Police Science from Johnston Community College. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Olive College in Criminal Justice. He received his Master’s Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University. His certificate of completion for the Administrative Officers Management Program (AOMP School) is from North Carolina State University.
