Interviews

Award-winning author/illustrator Caroline Arnold; cut-paper illustrations provide fresh look at scenes not possible (or difficult to get) in photos; story-like narrative perfect for read-alone or read-aloud; high-interest habitats and animals; time stamps on each spread clearly show linear progression through one 24-hour day in the featured habitat; "Habitat Description Page" in back matter provides  basic, key info without disrupting the narrative of the body text
