A Full Circle
Like so many young adults, the main character does not know where he 'fits' in the world. During a time when an alien race visits Earth, he wins a trip with others to visit their home world. With the exposure to their culture and beliefs, he has an awakening that helps him to find out where he belongs.

This is a 'soft' Science Fiction story that provides insights to the human condition. It is woven around an adventure that ultimately changes the understanding of human evolution. The world that is depicted in the story comes from over 35 years of ideas and insights that began in the authors childhood.

The authors writing style refects an influence of episodic TV where information is provided in bits and pieces to paint an entire picture.
"I wrote as if I could see each scene in my mind."
Any person who loves Science Fiction will recognize homage paid to many past works in the genre. He even teases readers with possible answers to questions surrounding past and current mythos such as Atlantis, unicorns, and even UFO's. For those that enjoy the technical side of things, an alien encyclopedia is included to 'wet the imagination'.

The title "A Full Circle" was used for two reasons. As in the movie "The Time Machine", you are presented with an outcome then learn about the events that led up to it. The story then continues from that point with an adventure that not only answers questions from the first part, but leads to a conclusion that brings the history of two planets full circle.

The author would like to thank Annie Hensen and Mark Banister for their feedback during the writing process and Patrick Boyle for his grammatical editing skills.
