Overview

This story takes place one Halloween night in Birdsboro Pennsylvania, along the Schuylkill River. It was October 31, 2004; a terrible event had occurred, along the famous Schuylkill River. The parents of the four Nip sisters had tragically died. Newspapers circled the town with headlines in bold:

Mysterious Car Death.
