About the Author

Ian Trafford Walker lived for eight years in a cave/hut thirteen meters above the Tasman Sea on Sydney Harbour. He moved to Byron in 1981 after painting six public murals throughout New South Wales.While in Byron he taught anatomical drawing and portrait sculpture in the old Community Centre for four and a half years. He also taught Bush Regeneration, fished, surfed and painted.
