About the Author

Born and raised in a very small town in North Central Illinois, Jerry eventually moved south to Florida to attend college and avoid the snow. Jerry earned a B.S. in Marine Biology. He currently works in the environmental health field. He is an avid scuba diver and Master Scuba Instructor. A lifetime student of the martial arts and all things Japanese, Jerry holds black belt rankings in four different arts. He is also a certified firearms instructor.
