About the Author

I am an artist with disabilities - self-taught - who believes very strongly in the positive impact art has on physical and mental health. I have named my body of work "Art Saves Lives", because I truly feel it has saved mine.

My paintings are brightly colored images of people, animals and patterns and are both contemporary, yet primitive.

My work has appeared at the Smithsonian Institute, the Kennedy Center, the Outsider Art Show, the American Folk Art Museum, Johnson and Johnson, the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey and other galleries throughout the country.
