About the Author

Liz was born and raised in Bellaire, Texas. She has an associate degree in journalism and liberal arts. She worked as a newspaper reporter for three years. That was the extent of her writing experience until she wrote her first book. She wanted to write this book 25 years ago but never got the chance. Thanks to self-publishing and determination, her dream of writing a children’s book has come to fruition. Lizzie has five children, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, who mean the world to her. She now lives in Southern California with her two daughters, Tiffany Kellie, and two of her grandchildren, Corbin and Ciara.
