Overview

A New Knee All My Own is a short story about some of what I experienced building up to and having my surgery for full knee replacement. I really didn't know what questions to ask other than how long will it take before I'm walking on a pain free knee. In my book I've mentioned a few of things I found to be more helpful in my recovery and too a few things I could have and should have done differently.

I'm just another gal with a couple of worn out knees. I have pretty much always had to juggle being a mom times eight and working full time. I rarely take the time to have my hair done so getting my knee replaced was going to be a big deal. And well it was, Thank goodness for a gifted doctor and my supportive family and friends. And I kinda like my new knee too.
