But so-called real life was eventually impossible to avoid. Student loans came due, free time dwindled, health and fitness eroded. Mike's story is also about navigating the stresses and demands of early adulthood and finding one's true self amid competing priorities.

About the Author

Mike Sandy was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Utah. This is his first book. When he’s not skiing, he works in bank asset/liability management in Salt Lake City, Utah. His other interests include travel, hiking, and baseball.
