Kunsthaus NRW in Aachen-Kornelimünster houses around 5,000 works of art by artists with a link to North Rhine-Westphalia - an outstanding collection echoing the history of the federal state. This publication presents the collection’s most important acquisitions from 2000 onward and discusses a total of 166 artistic positions. The collection catalogue, designed as a practical encyclopaedia, fulfils the need for an overview of art in NRW from 2000 to 2023 that is both readable and durable.
