About the Author

Lisa Bradley earned her college degree in journalism and art, and was a newspaper reporter and portrait photographer until her marriage in 1985. Three sons preempted most professional plans, as well as a lifelong passion for horses. In 2007, after six years of learning horse whispering, eight years of gathering ideas, and 31 years of Bahá’í perspective, she started writing Abby Wize: Awa' (pronounced "away".

Wonderful novel well worth discovering treasures inside. Really liked how contemporary Abby’s world is--carefully crafted; everything is there for a definite purpose. Even the bold reference numbers, irritating at first, won me over.
Erden uplifted me; I gained new insights. The Bahá’í future is so real I was as shaken and heartbroken as Abby was when she's jerked back to her time. My heart is still lingering in Erden, and I see more goodness around me. What joy!
