About the Author

Mike Miller is a retired computer software developer and manager turned author, photographer, stereographer (3D photographer), and painter. His artwork has appeared (occasionally earning ribbons) in local art exhibitions and his writing has won local awards and has appeared in national and regional newsletters and anthologies.

He writes prose, poetry, word games and word search puzzles, fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, and how-to books.

He creates (design, organization, printing) booklets, anthologies, chapbooks based on original and contributed manuscripts.

Mike participates in several writing circles (critiquing groups): the Write Touch Writing Group (Lockport NY), Northside Writers (Snyder NY), Basics2Bylines (Williamsville NY), Lewiston Writers Group (Lewiston NY). He is a member of the Niagara Arts Guild (Lockport NY), the Market Street Art Center (MSAC) and the MSAC Third Thursdays Group, and is on the Board of Directors of the MSAC. Mike volunteers for several organizations, and conducts demonstrations and workshops on publishing, creativity, and stereography. He has an office on www.zoetrope.com, an online writer's community.
