About the Author

For fourteen years, Danielle Palli has been a teacher of yoga, meditation and Pilates. She is also the owner of Birdland Media Works, a company that provides writing, publicity and virtual assistance services to individuals and businesses nationwide. In addition to the Acting Out Yoga Series, she is a contributing author for Yoga in America and has hundreds of published articles related to health and wellness. Her training as a body worker includes certifications in yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and meditation. Currently, Danielle is studying to become a non-denominational minister with a focus on New Thought and Buddhist philosophy.
