About the Author

GIRISH BALA CHOUDHARY is an Associate Professor, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. Dr. Choudhary has been teaching and researching core issues of equity, diversity and quality in education to the students. Her long association of over three decades with young students helped her weave a composite picture of adolescent's lives that is the focus of the present volume. She has co-edited a book on 'Vision for Teacher Education' and contributed chapters on books on related issues.
