Purpose: The purpose is to provide an overview of congenital cardiovascular anomalies and their associated complications.
Audience: It is intended as a quick guide for trainees, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals with a special interest in congenital heart diseases.
Features: This book covers a broad variety of cardiovascular congenital abnormalities. Each chapter begins with a case presentation, followed by discussion of anatomy, diagnostic and management strategies. Images, including 2D-echocardiographic, MRI, and CT, throughout the book make it easy to understand the complex anatomical abnormalities.
Assessment: This is reasonably compact book, easy to carry and quick to read, that fills a void in this field.
