PAYBACK TIME

Tossed into divorce court to face a single life without enough money and without knowing what to do about it?

Things jointly acquired, created, or contributed to in a marriage should be jointly divided. If one spouse refuses to fairly share with the other what their marriage created, alimony can be payback time.

But not every divorce lawyer knows how to get their client alimony, or as much of it that they deserve. For many, alimony is a lost opportunity. But it doesn't have to be for you.

Mr. September takes you through every stage of the process, sharing with you the nuances and pitfalls of alimony he's learned in a career as an attorney that lasted over 43 years.

Whether you're seeking alimony or trying to avoid paying it, this ebook is your complete guide.

A few of the things this ebook will show you:

• How to calculate alimony and convince a judge you need it.
• How adultery can affect alimony, even in no-fault states.
• How to secure alimony payments to ensure they keep coming.
• Forms showing you how to properly prepare documents.
• How to win in court before your trial even begins.
• And far more.
