Grew up in a well established neighborhood on the West Side of Detroit. I am the fourth out of five biological siblings. I gained 32 foster sisters over the years of my mother's parenting. Graduated from Detroit Public Schools and later University of Detroit in the early 90s. I am divorced mother of three. I love to style, write and laugh. I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, yet I choose to "Keep It Movin." I have been writing poems and short stories since I was a young child. Lots of my literature got away from me. This book is written as fiction inspired by real life events. I want to make it known that child abuse and domestic violence is real and most often unknown. These two topics are not always seen with a black eye. This book shows that a person doesn't have to look like what they've been through.
This will be my first time speaking of my encounter at bar publicly other than to my wasband. This book touches on Child and adult abuse, health , wealth and Faith.
I have lots of life stories to tell and lots of Poems to share. Therefore, much more to come, very soon.
