He is the founder and director of the Oklahoma Guitar and Mandolin Orchestra and a member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Composers Association. Franklin is a recording artist,composer, and publisher of styles of music ranging from jazz to classical, to new age, to folk and bluegrass.
