About the Author

The author is a combination of my Mother's middle name and my Grandmother's maiden name. My Mother made the mince meat recipe. I requested the recipe one time. In the mail I received the recipe and a jar of homemade mince meat. She had to make the recipe to figure the measurements of the ingredients.
