About the Author

Tony Guerrero served from for over ten years as Director of Creative Arts and Music Director at Saddleback Church (Rick Warren, Pastor). He previously served on the staff of two small churches (60-300 members) where he built quality music programs within the confines common to a church of that size. Several songs of his are currently sung in churches around the world and he is an active record producer in both the worship and secular markets. His articles on church music appear regularly in Worship Leader Magazine and he speaks regularly at worship conferences around the world. Tony is also well-respected musician whose many years as a recording artist in the contemporary jazz field have resulted in critical acclaim, international performances and a world-wide audience.
