About the Author

Charles A. Wells moved to Colorado from Ohio in 1980. After many years of Jeeping, he got into riding ATVs and UTVs.He started FunTreks in 1998 with the publication of his first book, Guide to Colorado Backroads& 4-Wheel-Drive Trails. He has a degree in Visual Communications Design from Ohio State and, today, lives in Monument, CO with his wife, Beverly.
