Self-Freedom refers to 5 fundamental elements Water, Earth, Fire, Metal, and Wind as being symbolic perspective and not a belief to the Elements themselves. They merely stand as a representation of sharing characteristics of the five guidelines to freedom.
Spiritual, Physical, Actional, Mental, and Industrial are the five mental condition aspects.
Having Self-Freedom is to be Awakened to the fact, that there are physical and mental confinements, and the freedom will come by understanding the elements of confinement. A confinement can be anything that has controlled or limitations over someone, or something.
The basis of the 5 Elements are symbolic perspectives and not a belief to the Elements themselves. They merely stand as a representation of sharing characteristics of the five guidelines to Self-Freedom. The reference to freedom is the theoretical deliverance from the 5 states of mental and physical institutional confinements that are governed by traditions, society, principles, emotions, and identification. The natural elements are categorized as five debatable viewpoints, which there is no claim that this should be anyone else's viewpoint too, but rather are meant as the inspirational boost to begin your own journey of the truth, and to live your best life possible!
The goal of this Self-Freedom book isn't to open the door for you, but rather to hand you the keys to control your own self-freedom by awareness to be Awakened!
