Jaimes was fun. Nik was neurotic. What should have been a sweet familiar story about opposites falling in love spirals into a surreal nightmare when someone takes a picture they shouldn't have, and a prank goes horribly wrong.
Bad Memory is a queer romance thriller filled with arguments, hookups, hacking, cool crimes, and questionable meds. The point of view of the story switches between Jaimes and Nik as they navigate a set of increasingly bizarre, painful, and extreme circumstances.
Will they fall in love? Will they even survive? Does the universe just hate them, or is there someone behind it all? But most importantly, what's up with the gummy bears?
