About the Author

Dr. Jenny Watson was born and raised in Burlington, KY and has been a passionate and inspired educator her entire adult life. Her experience spans from being a teacher, a curriculum coach, assistant principal, principal, and an assistant superintendent. Jenny and her husband Chad have been married nearly 25 years and have two wonderful children, Charlie and Morgan. Jenny's love of learning and leadership, as well as her hope to engage, empower, and inspire leaders, especially women leaders, is what led her to take the time to write and publish this book
