Ballpark CHILI DOGS ...

This is my favorite dinner to make when we're watching baseball games on TV on Sunday. It's just such typical ballpark food! But, this chili recipe is better than you'll find at your local ballpark! It's slightly sweet and slightly spicy ~ very full-flavored. You'll probably have enough for at least 20 CHILI DOGS ~ but you can always refrigerate the leftovers for another dinner (good alone, or over a big baked potato). Even though it only needs to simmer for about 30 minutes, you can also let it go for hours (so good for a party).
