About the Author

Judy Balevre writes from a lakefront home in Southwest Florida. She volunteers at a no-kill cat shelter, assisting with adoptions. She is the co-author of the psychological thriller, "The Fix-It Man" and "Tormod's War." Judy grew up in New Jersey, where, at age five, she wrote her first poem titled "My Kitten." The four-line poem about her kitten was published in a children's magazine. Her first solo book "Barbie the Ghost," is a true account and was written in her cherished companion's memory.
