About the Author

Susan Drummond had a varied career as a Mammography technologist, an advertising sales person, and Marketing Director for several regional shopping centers. After retirement, she and her husband Dick opened a Bed and Breakfast called Brookside Inn in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Barkley and Betsy were an important addition to their family. The Drummonds now live in Rainier, Oregon.
