What a creatively interesting book! It is rare to find truly unique storylines these days so it is an added delight when a book is not only well written but different and refreshing at the same time!



Case in point: Palatina is an immortal fae and follows the pagan gods. Pierre is a devoutly Christian knight. Through the story one learns much of history during the time of the crusades while following the personal spiritual journey of the heroine - all intertwined in a passionate love story! See?
