Freyja the most worshipped of the Norse Goddesses, quickly became my go to for prayer and daily worship. Of, course Þórr and Óðinn were the first Gods I gave oath to. I soon learned that one of the characteristics I was in search of was the power and wisdom of Óðinn's magick, which I soon learned was taught by Freyja. As a Norse Vitki it is my responsibility to connect as closely as I can to the Gods, Freyja having taught Óðinn the magick of the Vǫlva, so it seemed the obvious choice to study, pray, and worship her.
Freyja is an embodiment of the Sacred Feminine but also a symbol of strength, she is a strong woman and balances the masculine and feminine aspects of herself and in return will help to build on the Masculine and Feminine in all of us, as long as we stay true and focused in our worship.
This balance in the magickal world is one of the most important aspects in the Spirit and Physical world. So, now I pray to Freyja, that is when I feel and focus most of my attention on, first and foremost, the importance of our sacred feminine that we sometime forget. And beauty as well, the world is filled with many beauties and must not be overlooked and Freyja is the most beautiful of them all.
