While the premise and the rise of prime time type coaches who only garner mediocrity for themselves and camps that make our kids into robo-kids. In an unending thirst to be the 'in program' with top recruiting classes year in and year out, only for the season end abysmally and a looming pink slip. However, it may grab attention initially on social media, but where does that leave us, it is the select teams of which there is premium on and the call to do things differently that will make a difference. We must work hard and recognize the importance of rest, as burnout and injury are real concerns. So where does that leave the perceived less talented?
